The temperature registers of all our cold-storage room and manufacturing areas, the microbiological evaluations, pH controls and water analysis are constantly monitored by a computerized system.

Traceability, our exclusive tracking system allows with the identification of individual animals since birth throughout the whole productive process. This control system, developed by our Computer Data Processing Department provides our clients with accurate information about the origin of all the cuts of meat that are processed at our plant.
